Preview

Add your name to see your background.

1920 × 1080 px. The PNG keeps text sharpest; use the JPG if your app doesn’t take the PNG.

In your own preview, Zoom, Teams and Meet show your background mirrored, so the text looks reversed. Everyone else in the call sees it the right way round.

Questions and answers

What size is the background?

1920 × 1080 pixels (16:9, Full HD), the size video call apps work with. Download a PNG, or a JPG if your app asks for one.

Can people scan the QR code during a call?

Usually, when your video is shown large: the code is drawn big, on a white tile, because video calls lower the image quality. A short link (like your Visty card link) gives the simplest code to scan.

Why is my text on one side?

You cover the middle of the picture, and apps put names and buttons along the bottom. Turn on the guides to see the area your video covers.
