How do I get my business cards into Excel?
Scan your cards with Visty, then export them as a CSV file. Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets open CSV files, and each card becomes a row with the name, job title, company, phone numbers and emails.
Can I save cards to iPhone Contacts, Google Contacts or Outlook?
Yes. Save a single card or a whole folder to iPhone Contacts in a tap. For Google Contacts or Outlook, export your cards as a vCard (.vcf) or CSV file and import it there.
Which languages can Visty read?
Visty reads business cards in English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and the major European languages. The app itself is available in 10 languages.
Can I scan a stack of cards at once?
Yes. Scan cards one after another and review them together at the end. You can also import card photos from your photo library, and add the back of a card when it has more details.
How accurate is the business card scanning?
It depends on the card and the photo: clear, well-lit cards give the best results. You can check and edit every field after a scan.
Is the business card scanner app secure?
Visty encrypts your data in transit (HTTPS), and your card photos and details are stored in your Visty account. Text recognition runs on your device. To turn that text into contact fields, Visty can use on-device AI on supported devices; in other cases, such as large batches, the text — never the photo — is processed by Google Gemini. We don’t sell your data, and you can delete cards or your whole account at any time.
Can I use Visty on multiple devices?
Yes, on iPhone and iPad. Sign in with the same account on each device and your cards stay in sync.
Can I use Visty on a computer?
Visty is an app for iPhone and iPad. To work with your cards on a computer, export them as a CSV file for Excel or Google Sheets, or as vCard files for your contacts app.
Can I share my own business card?
Yes. Create your own digital business card in Visty and share it as a QR code, a vCard or an image. The people you share it with don’t need the app.
