Add your name to see your signature.

Add your signature to your email app

Click Copy signature first, then follow the steps for your app.

Gmail
  1. In Gmail on a computer, click Settings (the gear icon), then See all settings.
  2. On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new. Give it a name.
  3. Click in the signature box and paste (Ctrl+V, or ⌘V on a Mac).
  4. Under Signature defaults, choose it for new emails and for replies, then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Outlook on the web and the new Outlook
  1. Open Settings (the gear icon), then Accounts › Signatures.
  2. Click + New signature, give it a name and paste into the box.
  3. Choose it as the default signature for new messages and for replies, then click Save.
Outlook for Windows (classic) and Mac
  1. Windows: open a new email, then choose Signature › Signatures on the Message tab. Mac: choose Outlook › Settings › Signatures.
  2. Click New (or +), give the signature a name and paste it into the editor.
  3. Pick it as the default for new messages and replies, then click OK (or close the window on a Mac).
Apple Mail on Mac
  1. In Mail, choose Mail › Settings, then click Signatures.
  2. Select your account, click + and paste into the box on the right.
  3. Untick “Always match my default message font”, so the signature keeps its own fonts and colors.
Mail on iPhone and iPad
  1. Open this page on your iPhone or iPad, fill it in and tap Copy signature.
  2. Go to Settings › Apps › Mail › Signature (Settings › Mail › Signature before iOS 18) and paste.
  3. If the colors and links disappear, shake your iPhone and tap Undo: Mail puts the formatting back.

Questions and answers

Is this email signature generator really free?

Yes. There is no sign-up and no account, and you can use the signature in as many email accounts as you like. The “Made with Visty” line is optional.

Is my information stored anywhere?

No. The signature is made in your browser, and nothing you type is saved or sent. Only if you paste a Visty card link do we look up that card’s public details to fill in the form.

Does it work in Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail?

Yes. The signature is built from simple tables with the styles written inline, which all three keep when you paste. Outlook for Windows shows the buttons with square corners.

What does the Save contact button do?

It downloads your contact card from your Visty card link, so the reader can add you to their phone’s or computer’s contacts in one tap, always with your current details.
